MISSION STATEMENT
It is my aim for the name Energy Surveys North East to become the watchword for professionalism,
service and quality. I will ensure the following:-
- All enquiries will be responded to within 24 hours.
- Any complaints will be handled promptly, courteously and efficiently.
- Should I have to cancel an appointment for a survey, a new time & date will be arranged
to best suit the client.
- If for any reason I look like being more than 15 minutes late I will make every effort
to inform the client of my estimated time of arrival
- If for any reason I look like being more than 30 minutes late I will offer the client
the choice to either re-arrange the appointment for another time or to proceed with
the original appointment as soon as possible.
In short it is my intention to make Energy Surveys North East the number one choice
in the Tees Valley, Durham and the south of Northumberland.
Who are Energy Surveys North East?
Energy Surveys North East is the trading name of Steve Iley, a fully 
trained and accredited Domestic Energy Assessor.
My aim is to offer a quality, cost-efficient energy assessments and a full HIPS service to house-owners, solicitors, estate agents and landlords in the North-east of England.
Who is Steve Iley?
Born on 28th May 1957, and by Gods grace in Teesside, I have lived most of my life in Billingham apart from a brief time in Hartlepool (my eldest son is a born and bred “Monkey Hanger).
Educated!! At Bede Hall (no longer there).
A time served joiner, with over thirty
years experience in the Building, Construction and Property Maintenance industries. Most recently employed as a Building Manager at Cowie Construction Ltd. in Darlington and as a Contracts Manager with Coultas & Shaw in Thornaby.
