As form October 2008 all residential properties will require an Energy Performance Certificate for all new tenants. Once issued the certificate will be valid for ten years.

Energy Surveys North East will be happy to offer the same professional service to landlords and letting agents as we offer to HIP providers.

We will undertake contracts from one property to a large portfolio and obviously we will be able to offer substantial discounts for orders of more than one property at a time or for “sole rights” to act as the preferred assessor on large estates.
